Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information JPlant Advertising collects, how we use it, and how to reach us. It covers this website and the services we provide to our clients.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email or call us, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us so we can reply.
- Client account information. When a client gives us access to their Facebook or Instagram ad accounts, we see campaign settings and performance data such as spend, reach, clicks and results.
- Website visits. This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
- To manage, report on and improve our clients' advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data for any purpose other than serving that client.
Data from Meta platforms
Where we use Meta's tools to read advertising data, we access only the ad accounts our clients have authorized, only for reporting and managing their own advertising. We do not share that data with anyone outside JPlant Advertising and the client it belongs to. We keep it only as long as needed to serve that client, and we delete it on request.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we need to run our business (for example, email and hosting), with the client the information belongs to, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
We use reasonable security measures to protect information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
